Coffee + Vanilla Endo Diet Smoothie (Vegan + GF)

I am in loooooovvveee with this smoothie! I sometimes switch up the caffeine free for the real deal if I am feeling in need of an energy boost or I make it replace my one real coffee a day rule. Its super easy and quick to make and I love that it makes me feel like I drinking a mocha milk shake! And its endo friendly, vegan, gluten free and bloody scrumptious and cheep to make!

Coffee + Vanilla Endo Diet Smoothie

Time to make: 2 mins

Ingredients: 

Process:

  1. Get your favourite smoothie cup or mason jar
  2. Put all the ingredients in the cup and top up with the almond milk
  3. Place your hand held blender (I like to use these as its less washing up at the end, but a food processor/nutri bullet type thing works just as well) in the cup and blend under its tick and smooth
  4. Drink 🙂

Cost per smoothie:

I worked it out at being around £1 per smoothie, which isn’t bad
