Hi all, as those of you who know me well, I have really struggled with the full transition from bad Veggie/Vegan to full Endo Diet eating. Its not that I don’t want to do it, its just that I forget and this world is not tailored to make eating endo friendly easy. So this is a collection of the recipes I have developed over the years which I am sharing with you all to help you beat the Endo Belly, reduce inflammation and take back control. P.S. I LOVE TO EAT! So there will be no lettuce leaf on a plate type recipes, as I believe in having fun in the kitchen and enjoying what you eat.
